Abstract
The total pore volumes and pore size distributions were calculated for organic polymers on the basis of the thermal desorption data of carbo n tetrachloride. The results obtained are compared with those from the nitrogen adsorption/desorption data. Parameters obtained by using dif ferent methods differ considerably in the case of Amberlite XAD-7 and Amberlite XAD-8. The results for Amberlite XAD-2 and Amberlite XAD-4 a re close together.
