Abstract
It has been confirmed experimentally that the flow of salty water in h ollow fine fiber modules is partially mixed in the radial direction. I n this paper the effect of partial mixing as well as membrane physical properties, module dimensions and external operating conditions are s tudied numerically to determine the parameters that need to be optimiz ed in reverse osmosis modules.
