Abstract
This article reports basic analytical data for screening and detection of the hypnotics zolpidem (CAS 82626-48-0) and zopiclone (CAS 43200-8 0-2) by using corrected hR(f)-values, GC (gas chromatography) retentio n indices, UV solvent spectra and remission spectra. Beside this a HPT LC (high-performance thin-layer chromatography)-procedure for quantifi cation is described.
