Abstract
We describe a case of cranial fasciitis presenting as an incidental fi nding. A 2 1/2-year-old girl had skull radiographs performed after sus taining a minor head injury, which revealed a lyric skull lesion. We d escribe the salient features of the case and review the current litera ture of this rare benign inflammatory condition.
