A 46-year-old white male, with a right homonymous hemianopsia since in
fancy and partial complex seizures since his teens developed a port-wi
ne stain on the forehead and upper eyelid in the distribution of the o
phthalmic branch of the right trigeminal nerve. The patient was found
to have hemangiomas of the right upper eyelid and dilated episcleral v
essels OD. Applanation tonometry revealed a slightly elevated intraocu
lar pressure in the right eye, but no glaucomatous changes were noted
on Goldman or Humphery Visual Fields. CT scan of the head displayed cl
usters of serpiginous calcifications in the parientooccipital region.
