Abstract
Papillary carcinoma of the thyroid is occasionally manifested by palpa ble cervical adenopathy and an occult primary lesion, Isolated cystic metastases as the presenting: sign are an uncommon finding. In the cas e reported, a cystic lesion in the patient's neck laterally proved to be an occult papillary carcinoma.
