Abstract
A procedure is described which allows characterization of fully differ ential building blocks as a linear four-port, A new set of linear diff erential hybrid parameters is presented which is well suited to descri be fully differential amplifiers, A measurement setup is described whi ch allows determination of the novel differential h-parameters from me asured s-parameters obtained with a two-port test set, Measurement res ults of a 400 MHz fully differential amplifier are presented which dem onstrate the new measurement procedure.
