The Np-237(gamma,n) cross-section has been folded with the fission-gam
ma-spectra from the U-235(n(th),f) and Cf-2525(sf) systems in order to
estimate the Np-237(n,2n)/[Np-237(gamma,n) + Np-237(n,2n)] reaction r
ate ratio expected in integral cross-section determinations. The (gamm
a,n) contribution was shown to be small at about 1%. (C) 1997 Elsevier
