Abstract
Assuming the active molecule as a two-level system, we calculate the r acemization taking into account the effects of the weak interactions a nd of an external potential. We show that the weak interactions can pl ay a fundamental role in the optical stabilization of enantiomers in c ompressed gases and liquids.
