Abstract
Trade elements are heterogeneously distributed in all biological tissu es. In the present study we report the microelemental analysis in the ontogenesis of rat brain. The following metal ions were assayed: Al, B a, Ca, Cs, Cu, Fe, Li, Mn, Pb, Rb, Sr, Zn. All metal ions, but lithium and lead, correlate positively with brain development.
