Abstract
The spectrum of the singlet-born spin-correlated radical pair generate d in the photolysis of tetraphenylhydrazine in a micelle is analyzed. The time evolution of the spectral pattern directly reflects the time dependence of the population of the individual spin states of the radi cal pair. The relaxation times between these states and the reaction r ates of the geminate process are estimated, and the relaxation of the middle two states of the radical pairs is discussed.
