The mean free path for inelastic interactions of Li-6 in emulsion is m
easured and found not to be in systematic agreement with the different
known theoretical parameterizations. This may be attributed to the lo
osely bound structure of Li-6 nuclei. Possible internal structures of
Li-6 nuclei are investigated via the analysis of the shower particles
multiplicity distributions for inclusive and central Li-6-Em interacti
ons. In this analysis the experimental P-Em, d-Em and alpha-Em data ar
e used as inputs for folding the corresponding distributions for Li-6-
Em interactions. The results from central collisions favour the (alpha
+ d) duster structure for the incident Li-6 nuclei.
