Abstract
We report the case of a 70-year-old patient who presented with Mooren' s ulcer in her right eye following extracapsular cataract extraction c ombined with trabeculectomy. She was successfully treated by a scleroc orneal graft combined with a large conjunctival resection. Clinical an d histological features, and therapeutic outcomes are discussed and co mpared to previously published data.
