Abstract
A case of multiple miliary osteomas of the face in a 68-year-old femal e with no personal history of acne or former inflammatory skin disorde rs is reported. The patient showed multiple painless, stone-like forma tions at several sites of the face. Histological, echographic and radi ological investigations confirmed the presence of bone tissue in the d ermal layer. Multiple miliary osteoma of the face is considered the ra rest variant of primary osteoma.
