The (Cl-Mn)/Fe flux ratio at the top of the atmosphere has been estima
ted from source composition. We have adopted the SSLB model modified f
or weak shocks to estimate the enhancement of (Cl-Mn)/Fe flux ratio du
e to reacceleration. The observed active detector results of Lezniak a
nd Webber, Caldwell, Orth et nl., Engelmann et al., and our passive de
tector results are fairly supported by the expected results from the S
SLB model modified with reacceleration after Ferrando for energies les
s than or equal to 100 GeV/n.
