Primary lymphomas arising in the adrenal gland are extremely rare. The
presenting symptoms are nonspecific and may be related co lymphoma or
to associated adrenal insufficiency. In this report we describe the c
ase of a 61 year old woman with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura an
d primary bilateral non Hodgkin's lymphoma of the adrenals.
