Abstract
An unusual case of bullous pyoderma gangrenosum in a patient with myel odysplastic syndrome during treatment with granulocyte colony-stimulat ing factor (G-CSF) is reported. The possible relationship between G-CS F therapy and pyoderma gangrenosum, as well as the beneficial effect o f cyclosporin A therapy, is discussed.
