Abstract
Scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) of self-assembled monolayers (SAMs ) on Au(111) prepared from mixtures of bis(4-pyridyl) disulfide and 1- decanethiol revealed that patched domains of each organosulfur compoun d were formed.
