M. Amlouk et al., STRUCTURAL AND ACOUSTIC PROPERTIES OF ZNO THIN-FILMS PREPARED BY SPRAY, Physica status solidi. a, Applied research, 163(1), 1997, pp. 73-80
ZnO thin films have been grown on glass substrates using the spray pyr
olysis technique. Tile depositions were carried out in tile range of s
ubstrate temperatures from 400 to 500 degrees C. Highly c-asis oriente
d ZnO films, having a strong (002) X-ray diffraction line, are obtaine
d at lower temperatures (400 to 420 degrees C). Film surfaces were ana
lysed by contact Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). On the other hand, we
have used scanning microscopy performed at a frequency of 570 MHz to r
each a microechography and acoustic signature V(z) of our samples in o
rder to understand their dualities.
