Abstract
An overview of physics at the phi-factory DA Phi NE is presented. The high precision attainable in the observation of CP-violation and CPT p arameters, rare K-decays, scalar meson spectroscopy, hadronic cross-se ctions, hypernuclei studies and Kaonic atoms is discussed together wit h the characteristics of the detectors KLOE, FINUDA and DEAR which wil l perform the measurements.
