Abstract
In this Note, we present the classification of trivectors of rank 8 ov er algebraically closed field of arbitrary characteristic by using the arithmetical invariant d(1)(w) and the classification of trivectors o f lower rank. We determine the maximal length l(K, 8) of the rank-8 tr ivectors.
