Abstract
A detailed study of the influence of temperature, pH and enzyme amount on the enantiomeric excess in the enzymatic resolution of N-1 protect ed 3-amino-azetidin-2-ones with supported PGA is presented. Both enant iomers could be obtained in good enantiomeric excess. (C) 1997 Elsevie r Science Ltd.
