Abstract
Fulvic acid (FA) has the marked effect on the chemical speciations of metal ions existed in water system and further affects their biologica l action as well as their remove and transformation in ecosystem. In t his paper, the chemical speciation of lead, an important harmful and p ollution element, in the aqueous solution containing FA and SO42- has been calculated. The anode stripping current, i, can be measured using Pb2+ to titrate the aqueous solution containing FA and SO42- by ASV. According to the chemical model of Pb2+-FA-SO42- constructed basing on material and chemical balance, the simulation calculation for the che mical speciations of lead have been made using a novel method of globa l optimization-genetic algorithm (GA). The results of t test indicate that there is no significant difference between calculated and experim ental values of anode stripping current.
