Abstract
In this paper, we have studied the interaction between a new synthesiz ed probe type host molecule, RhB-beta-CDcn, and DNA as well as the eff ect of temperature upon the function of this probe using spectrum meth od. The mode of the interaction between probe molecule and DNA, the ab ility of their intercalation and the effect of temperature upon host m olecule containing guest molecule were discussed. In addition, the mec hanism of recognition between the host molecule and the guest molecule s was also studied.
