Abstract
The Delta I=1 staggering in odd superdeformed nuclei in the A similar to 190 region is systematically investigated. Most of the signature pa rtners in this region show large-amplitude staggerings. The behavior i s analyzed and parametrized in the conventional collective model. The spins of the signature partner pairs are assigned in a modified ab exp ression.
