We study electron transfer in Be4+-He collisions at 2-150 keV/u. The s
ystem is described in the semiclassical close-coupling formalism. By c
onsidering only one active electron, cross sections for electron trans
fer could be determined for final states ranging up to the Be3+ n=9 st
ates. We study also transitions from an initially excited He 2 S-1 sta
te.
