Abstract
A highly inhomogeneous structure of a chemically active hydrocarbon pl asma jet produced by an erosive discharge source is analyzed. The use of electromagnetic probing made it possible to confirm the supposition that although the ambient medium is dense the plasma is highly nonequ ilibrium.
