Abstract
Apocrine adenocarcinoma of the skin is a rare malignant tumor which us ually presents as a single nodule in the axilla. A new case originatin g in the right axilla with bilateral axillary lymph node metastases is described. Six years later the patient developed a pancreatic adenoca rcinoma. As fat as we know this is the first time that this associatio n has been described, (C) 1997 Elsevier Science B.V.
