Sr-doped Pr1.85Ce0.15CuO4+delta samples have been prepared with accura
te control of the oxygen content. The stability of both T' and T phas
es is strongly dependent on Sr and oxygen content. An electron diffrac
tion study indicates that, in some cases, anionic vacancies are ordere
d leading to a pseudo-tetragonal superlattice with unit cell parameter
s 2 root 2a(t) x c(t). Structural transitions and superconducting phas
es created by hole doping in such a system are also reported.
