Abstract
We demonstrate that patients with left ventricular mural apical thromb i can safely undergo dobutamine stress echocardiography. These patient s also have more severe wall motion abnormalities at rest compared wit h a group of patients with left ventricular dysfunction without eviden ce of apical thrombus.
