Abstract
It is shown that the condenson proposed by Deigen and Pekar can be rea lized in the three-dimensional case if the dispersion law for electron s and holes has the form obtained for the In4Se3 crystal. It is shown that the instability of the electron-phonon system is possible at usua l concentrations of charge carriers owing to low-energy nonparabolicit y and state density peculiarities.
