Abstract
Plasmodium vivax malaria late-forms rarely exceed two years - The auth ors reported a late-form more than twenty years after a stay in endemi c area. This late-form occured in an immunocompromised patient with tw o terminal-stage neoplasia receiving radio, chimio corticotherapy asso ciated with anemia and thrombopenia.
