Abstract
Among tropical dermatoses, the main indications of ivermectine are tro pical parasitoses such as filariasis and cosmopolitan diseases due to ectoparasites such as scabies. The efficacy and tolerance of ivermecti ne in filariasis (onchocerciasis, lymphatic filariasis, loiasis) have been the topic of numerous articles and reviews. More recent studies s howed that ivermectin was also efficient in the therapy of scabies, cu taneous larva migrans and larva currens.
