Abstract
Rapid synthesis of radiopharmaceuticals labeled with Ga-68 obtained fr om a Ge-68/Ga-68 generator is described. Approximately 70% of the avai lable Ga-68 activity was obtained in 4 mL 1 N HC1 and evaporated to dr yness in 5 min in a Rotovap system. Activity was reconstituted in 0.01 N HC1 and 0.5 M NaAc, MPO added and pH adjusted to 6.7-7.0 with NaOH. Previously prepared human platelets were labeled with Ga-68 and reinj ected within 1 h of eluting the generator.
