HADAMARD-TRANSFORM MICROSCOPE IMAGE-ANALY SIS .3. ANALYSIS OF DNA, RNA AND PROTEIN IN A SINGLE-CELL

The spectra of single AO and FITC stained cell or nucleus were analyze d by the domestic made instrument of Hadamard transform microscope ima ge analysis. The DNA distribution image in single nucleus of allium ce pa epidermal cell was obtained. The instrument was also applied to det ermine the fluorescence intensity of single cell or nucleus. The resul ts show that the instrument can be used to analyze fluorescence spectr a, fluorescence image and distributions and fluorescence intensity of a single cell. The results also show that the instrument is potentiall y applicable in cytobiology.
