Abstract
Cellulose tris(3,5 - dinitro) benzoate(CTNB) was ultra - sonically syn thesized as a reversed Pirkle chiral stationary phase(CSP) type I. Aft er coating on macroporous silica gel, the chiral separation ability wa s studied as HPLC CSP. The resolution of ibuprofenum was performed wit h gamma = 1.25, the resolution of an esfenvalerate intermediate was al so achieved(gamma = 1.39). The mechanism and model of separation were discussed.
