Abstract
Giant cerebriform nevus is a rare benign tumor, located on the scalp. Surgery is required because of their growth potential and possible mal ignant behavior. A case of scalp cerebriform melanocytic intradermal n evus is presented. It was totally excised and the defect was covered w ith a free skin graft.
