Abstract
Technical type testing of heat exchanger-double-plates (Due-Safety) ty pe K 55 and K 71 for the heat treatment of milk (APV-Heatexchanger A/S , Kolding, Denmark) has furnished proof that this device meets the dem ands of the German milk ordinance and the technical guidelines. They a re therefore suited for being used in dairies for heating milk.
