Abstract
Two cases of foreign body granulomas developed after correction efface wrinkles with Bioplastique - a new microimplant. The characteristic h istopathologic findings of a foreign body granuloma with cystic spaces and bizarre outlined, glassy material led to the correct diagnosis 'B ioplastique-granuloma' in spite of scarce clinical information.
