Abstract
We report the first case of aquagenic urticaria in a patient with huma n immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection, This is a rare physical urti caria not previously described in this context, The disorder proved un amenable to conventional treatment with antihistamines, but did respon d dramatically to stanozolol, suggesting a novel indication for this a nabolic steroid.
