The activation spectra of collective oscillations with a quadratic ene
rgy-momentum relation are studied for magnetically ordered Fermi liqui
d. It is shown that the spectrum of activation spin waves depends cons
iderably on the structure of the Landau interaction amplitude as a fun
ction of the angle between quasimomenta of fermions. The existence of
activation spin waves is manifested in neutron and light scattering pr
ocesses as well as in the transformation of waves in magnetically orde
