Abstract
We describe an arthroscopic technique for reconstruction of the poster ior cruciate ligament (PCL) using a four-strand hamstring tendon graft . The femoral tunnel is drilled via the anterolateral portal and the t ibial tunnel through the skin incision from the graft harvest. The gra ft is pulled through the tunnels with pullout sutures and fastened wit h interference screws. The results to date are good and the procedure can often be performed as day surgery.
