Abstract
Spherical methylsilsesquioxane particles with an average diameter of 0 .3-1.0 mu m were prepared by an emulsion polymerization technique usin g a non-ionic emulsifier and a small amount of sodium hydroxide as a c atalyst. Aggregation of the particles was not observed at critical mic elle concentration. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
