The one-and two-electron photodetachment of H- is studied by using acc
urate Hylleraas initial-state and correlated 3C final-state wavefuncti
ons in the high-energy range of 1-10 keV. The ratio R-ph between doubl
e-and single-electron ejection displays an approximately E-1 high-ener
gy behaviour, R-ph(E)(%) approximate to 1.50 + 0.30/E(keV). The influe
nce of both the initial-and final-state correlations is demonstrated.
