Abstract
The spectrometric scintillation units based on the bismuth germanate ( BGO) and cadmium tang-state (CWO) single crystals offer a 3-5 times hi gher efficiency and sensitivity, smaller dimensions and mass, and high er reliability as compared with similar devices based on the alkali-ha lide crystals.
