Abstract
Structural dynamic properties of the aqueous sucrose solutions were st udied by the method of acoustic spectroscopy. The acoustic spectra of the sucrose solutions are consists of two regions of dispersion, which are associated with the rotational isomeric and structural relaxation processes. On the basis of experimental results the calculation of th e possible conformational states of the sucrose molecules in water was made.
