Abstract
The hydrogen sorption and electrotransfer characteristics of hydride-c oated cathodes were determined during plasma discharge experiments in a planar magnetron. The hydride alloys investigated were Zr-V-Fe and Z r-V-Fe-B-O. It is shown that the composition of the hydrogen gas disch arge plasma is primarily determined by the peculiarities of the intera ction of the plasma with metal hydride. (C) 1997 Elsevier Science S.A.
