Abstract
A case of recent onset of wheezing with clinical and radiologic findin gs suggestive of foreign body aspiration is presented. Rigid bronchosc opy revealed an extraluminal compression of the airway. Histopathologi c and microbiologic examination revealed tuberculous lymphadenopathy.
