Abstract
A Marbled Crab (Pachygrapsus marmoratus) was found on the Isle of Tati hou (Cotentin, Normandy, France) in March 1991. The status of this spe cies on the shore of the English Channel is discussed and information about another Marbled Crab captured in 1908 at Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue ( Cotentin, Normandy) is reassessed.
