Abstract
A 20-year-old patient is reported with three intracranial sewing needl es, which were located in the frontal lobes. The clinicoradiologic fin dings strongly suggested that they must have been placed into the brai n through the anterior fontanelle during an unsuccessful homicide atte mpt in infancy.
